Description: Realtor Dave Pepin has seen growing success using social media to bolster his presence in the Sioux City real estate market. But Pepin wanted to provide the same quality service and look with supporting marketing materials. Dave turned to Team Creative Fire to develop a 1-sheet that he could distribute to potential clients. We created a bold design that highlights Pepin’s real estate accreditation, his services and his social connections.
