Our Process

No project is complete without a plan. Here is a rough outline of how we work through projects with our clients.

First meeting: When you contact Team Creative Fire, our goal is to sit down and get to know you. We might talk about your brand, your strategic goals and what you hope to achieve with a web or social project, but our goal is to understand who you are and what drives your company, be it 1 employee or 1,000.

Follow-up: If you decide that Team Creative Fire is a good fit for your company, we’ll create a customized proposal based on your goals, and then walk through the steps it will take to see the project through to completion.

Project approval: Once a proposal gets your OK, we’ll lay out your project in a statement of work.

Statement of Work: Before we start a project, we agree to a statement of work, which outlines what the Creative Fire team will do, how we will do it and when you want the work done.

Project time: After you sign off on a plan, we start with a rough concept, create a content plan and schedules for social media messaging. Once a client approves the concept, we light a fire under our team and go to work.

Final approval: If your project is web or social media driven, we will go over the site or content plan with you to determine what final changes need to be made, and to examine where you think you might need more resources to make sure that upkeep is consistent.

Maintenance: Your social media, web maintenance and business strategy needs will be many. We work to establish business monitoring and assessment, content initiatives, and web or branding projects you expect from month to month.
